Who is eligible?

  • Women that have been effected by or escaping Domestic or Family Violence

  • At risk of Homelessness

  • Be unable to resolve their own housing and in need for housing

  • Be able to house safely with Conditional Housing property

  • Must not have any/or be taking any substance of Drugs or alcohol

  • Must not have severe mental disability/disability

  • Able to safely live independently, without staff or support 24hours per day/ 7 days per week

To apply for Shiloh housing you can download an application form below, or contact@newleafint.com and we will send out an applicaiton form.  Please fill in as much as you can as this determines whether you are eligible and whether this program can offer you accommodation and support.  If you need assistance to complete the application form to complete or amend you can contact us, we will be happy to help.   We will arrange an interview with you.  Due to lockdown we will call you and may ask a few questions as we may require more information. about yourself.  

 

Documents that will be required from You.  ID, proof of income (centrelink statements or payslips), Medicare card, license, passport, Birth Certificate and last 2 months of bank statements.  Any other supporting documents you think that may be required.  Please send all IDs documents to contact@newleafint.com

Once we receive your application form, If you are accepted we will notify you, within three business days.  If there is no room currently at Shiloh, you will be put on our waiting list, if you are still interested.   We require 4 weeks of Bond prior to moving in and 2 weeks in advance on signing the Residential Tenancy Agreement for the rent. 

​

The terms and conditions of your tenancy are set out in the Residential Tenancy Agreement that is covered by the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.
